About Me Denis has a wealth of knowledge within the telecommunications & power network working framework for Telstra, NBN and Optus. During the past 20 years he has been involved in many projects, as Regional Project Managers at Telstra for the NBN Exchange Site Make Ready program, NBN Deleivery Sr Technology Project Manager 5G Roll out, MTM Program Manager of Finance, Regional Project Manager - NSW/ACT Delivering and preparation of NBN (National Broadband Network) Exchange Infrastructure Readiness with more than 4,000 rack positions across Telstra exchanges in NSW/ACT. This work is part of the $ 11 billion contract between Telstra and NBN. Project Manager at Ausgrid, Technical Project Manager Program Management Office, and Project Delivery Manager at Optus. Denis's approached to delivery challenges is always managed with the highest degree of professionalism, extracting the best performance from service providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
